How to Complete an Order for Our Pets

Follow these step-by-step instructions to purchase our pets or products:

Step 1: Browse Our Catalog

Explore our catalog to find the pet(s) or product(s) you’re interested in.

• View detailed descriptions and multiple images for each item.

Step 2: Add Items to Your Cart

• Click on the product or pet you want to purchase.

• Review all product details and images carefully.

• Select the quantity (if applicable).

• Click “Add to Cart” to include the item in your shopping cart.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

• Once you’re ready, click the shopping cart icon (top-left or bottom of the page).

• From the cart page, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

• Review your selected items to ensure everything is correct.

• If you have a coupon code, enter it and click “Apply Coupon.”

• Fill in all required contact and shipping information on the checkout page.

Step 4: Choose a Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method from the following options:
Bank Transfer (takes like 3 working days ), Visa, Credit Card, Debit Card, Chime, CashApp, Bitcoin, Western Union, MoneyGram, or any other listed payment gateway.

• Click “Place Order” to receive your order number and payment instructions.

• Note: Orders are packaged and shipped only after payment is received.

Step 5: Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking

• Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

• You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
