We ship live pets daily, with our nearest airport located just 30 minutes from our facility. All live animal shipments are handled via commercial airlines only—we do not use USPS, as shipping live animals through the postal service is illegal. We offer worldwide shipping, but please note: not all parrots can be shipped to every country due to legal and import/export restrictions.
Airport Selection & Coordination
A shipping specialist will identify the closest airport to your location that accepts live animal cargo. We only use airlines with certified Pet Safe Programs to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet.
Flight Booking & Itinerary
Once the airport is selected, we’ll coordinate flight schedules between you and the breeder. We then book the flight and email you a full itinerary including:
Flight number(s)
Departure and arrival times
Pick-up location and instructions
Day of Shipment
On the day of travel:
Your pet will be picked up from the breeder’s facility and transported to the airport.
After check-in and completion of paperwork, we will update you via email or phone.
You’ll continue receiving updates throughout the journey until your pet safely arrives.
Home Delivery (Optional)
If you’ve requested home delivery, please ensure someone is present at the designated delivery time to receive your pet.
Post-Delivery Confirmation
We will contact you once your pet departs our facility. A quick confirmation by call, text, or email upon safe arrival is always appreciated.
All pets are shipped in special airline-approved travel carriers with:

Proper ventilation
Our birds are gently trained to stay in carriers for short periods prior to shipping to reduce travel stress.
Only airlines that follow USDA and IATA live animal transport regulations are used.
Your pet travels in a climate-controlled cargo area with the same air as the pilot.
Fertile eggs are securely packed in protective foam inside a sturdy cardboard container.

We offer a 24-hour notification window after delivery for any issues related to death on arrival.
You must inspect your pet immediately upon arrival.
We will replace the pet or offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) once, provided conditions are met and proof is provided.
